I'm not going to answer all of this, since I don't feel that I'm qualified to - certainly, I've not seen you in person for quite a few years (despite bumping into the dammerell at infrequent intervals and knowing a lot of Cambridge folk).
1. Give me a nickname and explain why you picked it.
Tough. It's a toss up between 'carwash' and 'harlan'. I can't remember who coined them (Helen Steele or myself), but the former relates to an act of desperation committed behind a carwash in Leytonstone, while the latter was probably something to do with ttba. All horribly unfair, of course ;)
2. Am I lovable?
Yup.
3. How long have you known me?
Since sometime in late 1994 or early 1995, at a guess.
4. When and how did we first meet?
At a CUSFS meeting in New Hall bar, sometime in the date range above (I can't remember if I went to my first CUSFS meeting before or after Christmas 1994)
5. What was your first impression?
That you were one of the more sane members of CUSFS.
6. Do you still think that way about me now?
Yes, you're still one of the more sane of those members of CUSFS that I knew during that time.
7. What do you think my weakness is?
Purple kryptonite? Cheese?
8. Do you think I'll get married?
It seems fairly likely.
11. What reminds you of me?
Same thing that reminds me of a lot of your contemporaries - remembering the parties in Scotland Road. I miss that house...
13. How well do you know me?
Less well than I think I did seven years ago, but that's hardly surprising, given that answer below.
14. When's the last time you saw me?
Not sure. I think that I've seen you since 1996, but can't be entirely sure. I've certainly seen people who have seen you, and that's almost as good.
16. Do you think I could kill someone?
Depends on how much they've been taunting you about carwashes and editing fanzines. Probably not, except in extraordinary circumstances.
20. Are you going to put this on your livejournal and see what I say about you?
no subject

Very, very tempting.
