On behalf of my brother stu_dio, who is hardly ever on lj: Piercings - yes! Tattoos - three that I'm aware of, one of which is Not Small (http://www.flickr.com/photos/stu_dio/359423808/in/set-72157600519767307/), and one Large (spikey tribal design, just visible in that pic on his shoulder blade - it goes across to the other shoulder, down his back and continues most of the way down one (possibly both) legs.
Other mods, NWSness - well not as far as *I* know ! 8-)
