AOL; I've hardly bothered starting trn more than once every couple of days recently. It's a combination of having too many other things to do, not having bothered to re-setup a news server after a disk crash a couple of years ago so I have to awkwardly use chiark, and some other factor of dwindling interest that I haven't quite managed to articulate.
A large part of the drop in interest coincided with me leaving university, so perhaps "too many other things to do" is the deciding factor. Once the number of unread articles gets too enormous because I haven't had time to look at the group for a couple of days I tend to just think "oh, sod it".
