Boot Camp font question

This image raises two issues:

  1. Why does the Mac disk get an anti-aliased font and the Windows one a pixelated one?
  2. Just how many fonts does a boot loader actually need?

The other weird thing is that by "Windows" it actually means "Non-EFI operating system" - Linux shows up as Windows as well.

I was wondering about putting a Linux install on some spare space on this system, actually. Maybe next weekend.

I'd say the weirder thing there is that they assume all "non-EFI" is "Windows", yet don't seem to assume that all "Macintosh HD" is "OS X". You're being asked to pick between a device and an operating system.
