A bit more substance than last week: mystery and action rather than action and, um, padding.

...leaving Torchwood unused and undescribed - just hinted at - would have been a fantastic piece of groundwork for the next series. So wrong for dramatic reasons whatever the moral and strategic considerations l-)

Maybe I need a Dr Who icon.
