Grumble

I have pulled, or otherwise injured, something at the back of my left knee. I can still walk, but it hurts...

Bugger; not good. How did you manage that ?

Probably Karate, from the timing.

In what positions does it hurt ? Is it when you flex the bit of your leg below the knee forward or backwards ?

Yes, exactly then.

The pain runs roughly along the inside tendons at the back of my upper leg, the worst point being a few cm up from the angle between the upper and lower legs.

Yep, I know that one. Best thing to do is to gentle stretch it out and give it time to heal. Hopefully it'll only be tender for a couple of days.
