Does using a beard trimmer on zero length for bits of chin/neck count? (I have consider laser surgery on eyes, but radial keratotomy with a razor blade (http://www.emedicine.com/oph/byname/myopia-radial-keratotomy.htm) is right out (and doesn't really count as shaving).)
To clarify, I counted plucking hairs out of my chin as shaving, because I assume you are more interested in whether people go to effort to remove hairs from places than whether they physically shave. And I don't shave all of elsewhere.

Dammit. SF writers have promised me depilatory beard cream for decades. I want my depilatory beard cream. And a flying car. And a holiday on the moon.

Yes, I know some people prefer hairy.
I don't know (of) anyone who prefers stubbly...
