I have a book about that (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0586211780/qid=1149198606/sr=1-14/ref=sr_1_0_14/026-0390011-9087654). (And I recently bought some more bookshelves, so stuff is being shuffled.)
I suspect that I collaborate at first with the intention of probably retaliating against them once I know more about them and am in a position to do so.
I went to school with someone (and Colin worked with) someone who lived in Tanzania for a year, and while she was there she went to a school whose < headmaster (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=William_Powell_%28author%29&action=edit) wrote The Anarchist's Cookbook" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Anarchist_Cookbook)
Actually I'd hide out in the countryside and hope they'd missed me, and then launch a solo campaign to expose and overcome them. OK, so I've watched too much The Invaders (in which they didn't *enslave* the population, but they were working on it by infiltrating major organisations and the like).
