I was thinking in terms of the former. I don't know about those cows in particular but the Devonshire Arms were serving midsummer burgers last week (I think - at any rate, after that photo was taken).

If you're in Andrew Northrop, really do get some of the red poll beef they sell. It's gorgeous. Best burgers I've ever had.
