goodbye 2003

I've not done a what's-going-on update for a while. Shortly before Christmas we went to see Eddie Izard at Wembley, with Janet and Sion, and that was good, though I slightly preferred the show we saw in Cambridge some time ago. On Christmas eve we drove down to Bournemouth to see my parents and had a nice time - good food, fine wines, pleasant company, playing with the cat, a couple of nice walks; and we went to see the panto of Snow White which was a laugh. On return to Cambridge we had a quiet few days; I got 20 lengths done which isn't much but then I've not swum much since hurting my foot. NYE party was fun, I've already posted a link to the pictures. A bit hungover today, funnily enough l-)

You were on Monday I think, we were Tuesday - Monday had sold out already when I bought tickets!
