Amen.

It wouldn't have been so bad, were it not for my having sufficient foolhardiness to run at the railway-line-like traverse without holding on (arms outstretched for balance); half way along, I misplaced my left foot and "landed" both armpits on the wires I was supposed to be holding on to...!

Another hot soothing bath tonight, methinks.

When I stopped holding on, I found that by the time I got to the middle of the obstacle, it was swaying too much for me. Also, I cheated by putting my weight on the harness.
