Wednesday we went to the Carlton's pub quiz and won, though it'd have been a nice evening even without that. Thursday we went off to Vicky's birthday dinner, which was pleasant although left us a bit unimpressed with La Tasca's ability to anything in a timely fashion. Friday was full of excitement ... we tidied up the house! I also beat the jukebox into shape for running downstairs; I should make another release soon.

Today I went swimming, though my foot started hurting again and I took the hint after fourteen lengths; with working limbs I could have continued a while beyond that though. The pool was pleasantly uncongested. When I got home LNR had decorated the house as well as the cake, which was very sweet of her l-)

I also spent some time installing Twiki locally, which went pretty smoothly although I've spotted a nasty lurking bug already. Also the computer I've got it running on is a bit slow; I've been intending to upgrade it for a while.

Work's been going pretty well, still a lot of design work this week but also getting to things that actually touch code too.
