I have released version 0.9 of DisOrder, a digital audio jukebox for
Linux systems.

Features include:-

    * Template-driven web interface
    * Play any file format you can supply a player for
    * Multiple track collections
    * Command-line interface
    * Select tracks or have them picked at random
    * List current, queued and recently played tracks
    * Hierarchical navigation through track collections
    * Word search on filenames
    * Calculates track lengths for known formats and estimates start

I don't understand your concept of "scratching" tracks. In a music context, to me a "scratched" track sounds like one that won't play back properly , a la scratched record. I presume you mean something else?

I might have a go with this. I have a pretty large .ogg/.mp3 collection (off CDs I own), in directories such as /files/audio/Artist Name/Album Name/Track name.ogg

Scratching = interrupting a track while it is playing, here. If you have a differen term for this it should be quite easy to change the button in the web interface.

The term "scratch" was coined when some bright spark had the idea to cut from the track straight to the sound of a record scratching, as if there had been some kind of argument at the decks...
