Wednesday night we went swimming, Becky and Tom turning up as expected and Tony and Rachel appearing unexpectedly. I found the gap since the last time I'd been showed rather, though it wasn't as bad as the first time this year by a long way. Will have to make a more concerted effort to keep going.

Afterwards we all went off to the pub for dinner and the quiz. Lucy (who I think did most of the work), Dan, Mark and I came joint second with some other team, just one point behind LNR and Becky a couple of her colleagues. Nice evening, anyway.

At work this week I've mostly been involved in the early specification and planning work for our next big software release. Next year is looking rather close... Someone else will be doing the release management for it (the equivalent job in the previous release being the one that was occupying all my time until very recently) but there's no shortage of other work to do for it.
