Desk space shortage

I'm running out of desk space...

Thingy

LNR bought a new shower head today and with it came, well, ( a thingy )

found in my home directory

lyonesse$ ls -l important
-rw-rw-r--  1 richard richard 0 Dec 31 02:06 important

I wonder why it's important?
