We got a message about a "chipper server" not starting in an email. Replace "chipper" with "nCipher" and it could have been a cut and paste of one of our error messages.
Search-and-replacing ISO-county codes is a bad idea too. At least that's how I assume the functions got to be called "start()", "frd()" and "appfrd()", :).
