did they cross in opposite directions? If so, maybe the bad luck cancels with the good luck. otherwise you might get double of whichever you believe it is. Personally my black cat is good luck if shes asleep, and bad luck if she's awake (on the prinicple that asleep she's doing nothing, and awake is likely to be breaking something. Occasionally skin)
What happened? A black cat went past us, and then another that looked just like it. How much like it? Was it the same cat? Might've been; I'm not sure.
