That was exciting

A while ago the leather cord on my hat finally disintegrated. So I carried one of the bits round in the pocket while looking for a replacement, which I duly found; and forgot all about it.

Today the washing machine forgot how to drain. (Now, you can probably see where this is going, but at the time I had no idea.) So armed with a bucket and a mop we manually drained it and fished around inside the trap for stuff you left in your pockets, eventually finding the forgotten bit of leather cord. It all seems rather happier now...
