In this image (#7 in this set) five people are shown on the poster: George Bush, Tony Blair, Kofi Anan, Vladimir Putin and someone in black and white. Can anyone tell who the fifth person is?

It's just the perspective. Plus it could be an older picture of Sharon, not current blimpy Sharon. You'd think they could have made it easier on us by putting in the flag, but maybe they didn't want to acknowledge Israel by displaying their flag.

Besides, who else could be terrorist #2? John Howard?

It is Ariel Sharon, and the reason there's no flag is because they no more recognise the Israeli flag than they do the Israeli state.
