More queuing, this time with numbers

Last night, the cluster of tills at the end had five tills in operation (out of a possible seven). The longest queue I counted was thirteen (including me). Queues at the other tills were mostly four long. I think that's a better ratio than I normally see (the thirteen is unusually high).

&lightbulb; Maybe you should write to them. Queuing is the sort of thing a supermarket chain might have an expert on, and if they do, they'd probably weep to find that anyone cares :)
