Nurse the baby and let him dribble milk on the sheets.

Snore. Steal the duvet. Talk loudly in my sleep about writing small shell scripts (no, really). Shift gradually across the bed in a sleepy attempt at a cuddle, only to have [livejournal.com profile] pjc50 roll over and squash me.

It's a barrel of laughs, this sharing a bed lark... ;)

Kick partner as he's snoring really loudly and practising his nuisance-phone call heavy breathing.

Thrash whom? This sort of poll never works -- you don't know if you don't know, or if your partner was just too nice to mention it... :)

Poke partner in the back/shoulder muttering "you're snoring, turn over or go somewhere else".

I just reread "Carpe Jugulum" T Pratchett and it has a rather amusing section about Granny Weatherwax's snore, untamed by bed sharing. You brought it to mind again.
