Well, that was quite a full week. Finally got some more swimming in; I think I'm managing the breathing a bit better. Went to see Terminator 3, which was a bit obvious but slightly better than expected all told, and Pirates Of The Caribbean, which had been talked up by Becky already and definitely did not disappoint. In both cases we managed to be disorganized enough to end up at the cinema without any bike lights, leading to two lengthy and tiring walks in an already tiring week. Went to B-Movie, had a good time initially but flaked out rather early, owing to said tiredness. We'd intended to go to Christi's party but by the time we'd retrieved our bikes from town I was feeling just too shattered.

Work has been pretty exhausting, working with a colleague to field bugs reported by our QA department. I spent some of the weekend putting together a new release containing the latest set of fixes. More positively, Friday evening drinks+nibbles makes a good end to the working week.

I've got rather a lot of work on at the moment. It has a reasonably well-defined endpoint, after which although there'll be no shortage of other work it shouldn't be quite so hectic. The heat isn't helping.
