Jukebox again

Jukebox 0.8 is released. Changes include:

Tracks can be excluded from random play via a new preferences mechanism.

The new configuration parser might require a little extra quoting in your config file. You no longer have to specify 'dir' in the config file under normal circumstances.

The Perl module is installed where Perl thinks it should go, which might cause confusion if this is earlier in the search path than the old guess.

The web interface now uses a simple template system, to make it easy to add your favourite chrome to the HTML without editing the Perl script.

There is a new 'Recently Played' page and a search facility.

Miscellaneous bug fixes and minor improvements.
