How about "I have no opinion"? My only opinion about cricket is that the England team is a national disgrace and ought not to be touring under that name (and oughtn't to be getting public subsidies, if it does).

... and the implication of the statement is bollocks, IMO. It's not that the laws are too complicated, it's that they require so much observation and, in places, interpretation.

Code of honour? Code of honour? You might get that with Public School Wanderers against I Zingari in the Parks at Oxford, but if you've ever played league cricket (no matter how lowly) in Yorkshire, in April, on one of those green wickets that they roll flat rather than cutting, you'll know that honour goes right out the window when you're at the crease and the ball whistles past your left ear at 85 mph yet again.
