NTL seem to be being crap at the moment, which means replies to emails you might send me may be a while coming, depending how long they are crap for. (Similarly LJ comments since I find out about those via email.)

We've had episodes of 25–50% packet loss for up to two hours at random times basically about 2–4 times a month for the last five months. Occasionally (though not recently) 100% packet loss. I filled in one of their web "email" forms to complain back in August, but never got a response. Can't be bothered to phone the highly expensive technical support line (only to be told to reboot my computer, no doubt).
