Do you think Sun could be persuaded to release their console driver for retrocomputing freaks to run under it? (Rumour has it the reason early Sparc pizzaboxes' consoles ran so slowly was that the vt100 emulation was in Forth…)
For that this has been written in JavaScipt, it seems to run quite speedily. But, is this of any use ? Not sure what one can do with it. I managed to make it count till a number i gave it, and it executed much quicker than a BASIC program on some real hardware (a C64 of course).
