*cough* 'Green' in this context means new, not yer actual green (as fashioned into cunning brooches by foppish Elizabethans). Without slicing or tasting it you don't know that that isn't green...

But it could be green, like Sapsago. Or it might have green veins like Gorgonzola. Either way, Neil Armstrong's not telling.
There's actually some proof here (http://www.planetfusion.co.uk/~pignut/cheese.html) that the moon is made of cheese, based on a study of the seismic velocity of moon rock which was published in Science magazine.
