Back on bike

ewxI have my bike back. When I reached it it was locked only with my lock, but had fallen or been knocked to the ground, damaging the front mudguard, and it took a couple of tries to get it back in gear. Bizarrely on top of it was lying a sawn through D-lock, different to the one that had previously been restraining it. So, er, WTF?
