Next time I try to organize a meeting I will:-

• choose a later time in the week than 10am on a Monday;
• make the time I've chosen MUCH clearer in the email inviting people to it;
• give slightly more notice.

However I do now feel more like I know where I'm going in the next few days with this project.

Back at home we did some more painting, hopefuly the walls and ceiling won't need any more work. My shoulder aches now. We have a second night on the futon...

I refuse to schedule *anything* for Monday mornings because they never happen, and if they do they take too much faffing.

One of the departments who was supposed to send someone failed to do so completely. But it was my boss who decided "they had their chance so they can't complain" so l-)
