  • PCI video card. Biggest chip says "Cirrus Logic GL-GD54M30". Was still working earlier this year.
  • ISA modem. 28800bits/s. Made, or at least branded, by Pace. One of the chips says "RC288DPi". Manual with command set. Pretends to be an ordinary serial port. Last used in 2001, when it worked.
  • ISA modem. US Robotics Sportster. 14400 bits/s. Pretends to be an ordinary serial port. Last used in the mid-90s, worked at the time.

All Linux-friendly.

You collect from King's Hedges (not working hours) or Station Rd (working hours), or meet somewhere in Cambridge town centre on a weekday lunchtime. (Or obviously at some occasion we'll both be at.)

(Yes, I'm trying to clear stuff out...)

Any idea if the ISA 28k modem card is a voice modem? If it were I'd be interested, but I expect it's not, alas.

The manual has a 'voice operation' chapter applying to 'selected models only'. I don't know whether it applies to this one. You'd be welcome to have it anyway in case, I don't think the demand for ISA modems is so high that you'd be depriving it of a better home.
