I used to get that a lot. Alledgedly it's related to being ill. I also used to get sleep paralysis, which is terrifying. I'd wake up and KNOW that there was someone in the room, and I couldn't move. I also used to get restless legs, but thankfully I am now on meds that stop that (10 ml propanalol, twice a day).

The Ancient Egyptians apparently thought it was related to BEING ABOUT TO DIE. Me, I know mine are related to stress. :)
