Brighton

Becky and I went to Brighton.

The West Pier burned down in 2003 leaving (after some further deterioration) just a skeleton.

Brighton Pier on the other hand remains in good shape.

One of my favorite places (I went to Sussex Uni). Did you see the John Peel mural in The Lanes.

And visit the King & Queen - an enormous pub?

Great people, aren't they. And very near where the digs were that I stayed at after I dropped out of Uni, and I can't remember the name of the road. Gah! I'll be thinking about this for ages. The landlady was actually a Lady - Lady Hill, IIRC. Clearly on her uppers, and frankly rather batty.
