Catching up

Thursday was the Groggs/ucam.chat garden party, which wasn't very well attended (art least when I got there) and for some reason not entirely clear to me changed venue part way through. When LNR resurfaced from class I headed over to the Carlton but wasn't really up to it so we went home early.

Friday saw some good progress at work, there's only one big thing left to do on the first project I started on now. I might defer it a couple of days at the start of next week and get stuck into the general update work I'm also supposed to be doing though.

Saturday has already seen some entries, in the afternoon we watched some more B5 round Simon's, then went over to Foundation's party to celebrate pretty much everything, which was quite fun but we couldn't stay long as we had a train to catch to London for Juliet & Pete's housewarming. That was boozy and fun, and my memories of it are now rather fragmented, but I had an interesting time talking to various people some who I knew well already and some less so. Didn't get much sleep though.

Sunday we made it back home. LNR's gone for a nap and I've been fiddling a bit more with the scripts behind my website. The changes are detectable if you know where to look, but aren't exactly pronounced. Someone tried to phone us but we didn't hear the ringer until too late, so apologies if that was you.
