You meet a genie, who grants you three wishes. Meta-wishes ("I wish for six wishes", "I wish for another genie", etc) are not allowed, and wishes are interpreted literally, so be careful what you wish for and how you phrase it. What do you wish for?

1. Good health, happiness and general prosperity for imc, smallclanger and me. If the genie chooses to interpret that as three wishes I'd stop there.
2. A publishing contract and enough material to write a novel every 18 months or so with a very unpressured work pattern.
3. Good weather for the whole world (which includes enough rain, timed to arrive between 2am and 5am, as required to keep crops growing, rivers flowing, etc).
