No idea what language it's in, but the alphabet appears to be Cyrillic.

I did some googling on one of the cyrillic words a while back and it came up with lots of .ru sites, which is part of what made me think it was Russian and not Bulgarian/Kazakh/Romanian before they changed script/anything else that gets written in Cyrillic.
