I'm slightly surprised by the number of people who say they take large numbers of pills with their breakfast
If your pills are to be taken with food (or you're an odd sod like me who can't take pills without food) then breakfast is a sensible time to take them as it's the meal you're most likely to be home for (which means that for one-a-day pills you don't have to worry about carrying a stash around with you).
Currently just on one multi-vitamin+iron. Run out of dried frog (not that I'm sure it was doing me any good anyway). Cereal of preference at the moment is Tesco's nut clusters with chocolate -- they're about half the price of the Kellogg's equivalent and nicer.
