Distracted day at work on Monday but a good Karate lesson afterwards. I think I might be doing mae-geri almost right now.

I don't have an LNR this week but I do have JAFFA CAKES.

ALDI are currently selling something they call 'Berry Cakes' which are like jaffa cakes, but with red fruit instead of oranges. They are quite tasty.
