pjc50 wondered what would happen if you got other people to take this kind of test but answering for oneself, rather than themselves. So I'm interested in what answer people get if they answer according to how they think I would behave (not necessarily how I would answer.) (30, male, degree, IT, UK for the initial questions, or go straight in.)

* Value practicality and common sense above ideas and theories
I do dislike inefficiency quite intensely. Unless there's a specific reason for it, that is. And people being irrational and impractical and not displaying common sense can also really get on my nerves. But I rate harmony between people more highly than efficiency/rationality.

I tried answering how I thought you might act and came up with realist (http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/mind/articles/personalityandindividuality/whatamilike/realist.shtml). Thought it occurs to me that the same risks exist answering for someone else as for oneself.
