Friday. Pub with visiting addedentry and various friends. Good. Silly game of scrabble with a slightly non-traditional victory condition.

Saturday. Pub with visiting nassus and numerous friends, not that most of us knew she was even on this side of the planet until entering the pub.

Lovely to see both of you l-)

Sunday. Walked from Ashwell to Royston, which involves a great many fields and hedges and a few too many slopes. Ended up in a pub for a bit then back to Cambridge, takeaway, then (you might have spotted the pattern by now) to the pub. Thanks to beckyc for organizing.

I'm off work for two weeks. Hooray. I have some computer-fettling, and probably also buying, planned; and a trip to Bournemouth; and an intent to spend some time swimming. Maybe wander around Cambridge with a camera and see if I can improve the quality of my photos a bit. Certainly catch up on reading a bit. Plus whatever else comes up.
