A quick flick through the Unicode standard (I have v1 in convenient book form on my desk) suggests it's Armenian.

I instinctively thought it was Coptic or similar on first glance. A little Googling and I'm pretty convinced it's Armenian (http://www.ancientscripts.com/armenian.html).
