Is that, laptop that the insurer has ordered on your behalf; or laptop that you've ordered?

The insurers asked some company called IIRC 'The Source' to get me a new laptop. The latter checked exactly what it was and said it'd be here on Friday. Then they phoned up to say that the suppliers (who they didn't name but probably are Apple) had said they were out of stock.

Shame you couldn't order it yourself, then you'd have more chance to poke the supplier with a sharp stick at this point. :-|
