Who's around in (or near) Cambridge over Easter?

Meeeee, but my mother disapproves of The Nasty Geeks.

So she'd be glad to have your father out of the house for a while over Easter, then?

Everyone has to join *some* rebellious subculture. Surely one encouraging intellegensia, hard work, good grades, well paid jobs, being socially tolerent, and only reasonably descriminating alchohol is the best a mother could hope for? :)

PS. Probably me, but not sure what I'm doing yet.

For a boy, yes. For a girl, there's the added consideration of lots of sex-starved nerds to take into account 8-)

Sex-starved but shy; I'd have thought the Cambridge nerds were really remarkably harmless as Lotharios go.

I am.

I mooted a trip to the Norfolk Broads on Saturday, but was met with a depressing lack of enthusiasm.

Gronk, but I need Dilbert's patch to insert more time into the timeline - Friday flying all day, Saturday PM/eve Mole's party, Sunday PM working at airfield, Monday free (but on hand as backup for flying if Friday bad). Into the free time there I am intending to fit a survey of the manholes (specifically water and drainage) around Cambanks, which I think will have to wait until Floopday.

Me. Childfree until Saturday evening, thereafter child-enabled.

Me - maybe. I can't decide what to do over Easter/don't know what the train service is like. What would you be planning in Cambridge?

I'll know what I've planned when I've planned it l-) Probably a party on Friday evening.

Trains are often rather packed over Easter, but I don't know about specifics. TBH I'm quite looking forward to not travelling at Easter for the first time in, err, a number of years.

If you do fancy a trip to Cambridge and need crash space we can unfold the futon.

Easter trains are very busy in my experience - particularly Good Friday.

Me! I'm out of action until Sunday, but on Sunday we;re having a party at Milton Road, half Easter party, half Benedict's birthday party, and you should come because we like you.

As Benedict himself said:
It would still be a party without Richard,m but it wouldn't be as fun

I'm around most of the weekend bar Friday daytime, though [livejournal.com profile] megamole is throwing a party on Saturday which I intend to be at for most of the afternoon/earlier evening. (I'm sure he wouldn't mind an extra guest or two if you're bored?)

Sunday lunchtime/afternoon [livejournal.com profile] shaunotd is in town, so I may be throwing some form of sociability, possibly even the year's most optimistic barbecue if it's nice :)
