I like the "coughs and sneezes spread diseases" sign on the Torchwood base wall behind Jack.

Fundamentally another Jack/Gwen/Owen episode. Ianto got, oh, a few seconds? Is this going to be the pattern? I hope not...

Ianto is going to have an episode revealing all, you just know it. You can't possibly have a constantly-pleasant helpful self-effacing character like that without a past-revealing episode. Preferably with flashbacks.
