Had lunch with j4 at the Bun Shop, where I'd not been seen being a student many years ago. Seems smaller than I remembered.

Spent the first half of the afternoon wandering around town, spending too much. I ended up with three CDs (Alabama 3/Power In The Blood, Pet Shop Boys/Release and a present for LNR), new shoes, a new coat and a bunch of books, including the latest Invisibles; the rest are too numerous to mention. I'm sure Janet can adequately document what she bought, but it included rather a lot of vinyl.

After that we faffed a bit and eventually arrived at daneel_olivaw's new flat, which we helped get into shape. How many shirts? Chinese food, then off to sphyg's party, where we only stayed relatively briefly.
