Coo. What are all the new buildings for?

One of them is the Sainsbury Laboratory (http://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk/Botanic/TrailPlace.aspx?p=27&ix=48&pid=1&prcid=27&ppid=2721), which includes the new café. The others appear to be too new to appear on the map (http://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk/Botanic/Map.aspx).
