Nice :-) I'd wondered when I walked past it, I bet that plaque is obviously set in the ground very near by in such a way that I had failed to notice it.
Yeah, it's actually visible in the previous photo, but I'd missed it too. Someone (I think a colleague) spotted it at some point and mentioned it to me.
Ahem - Guilty as charged! By chance it was reflecting light in the rain and I clocked it from the other side of the road and remembered the question so investigated.
