emperor asked me about an option-parsing library I wrote a while ago, which provoked me to update it a bit and give it a proper web page. It'll probably turn into version 1.0 relatively soon.

I was also thinking about an idea that's been floating around ever since Ian wrote userv - i.e. for more than half a decade now - and created a wiki page to gather feature requests for UservCron. Perhaps I (or someone) will actually write it one day.

I did have a half-finished spec for that. If I run accross it while tidying then I'll copy it up...
