I spent much of the week feeling gunged up, sorry for myself and doing very little. I did manage to finish reading Hugh Brogan's excellent history of the USA at some point, however.

Thursday evening my Dad came to visit, which was good. Ate at 7A and thought they'd declined a bit from their usual standards, which was a shame. Nice wine back at home afterwards compensated somewhat however.

Thursday and Friday I was back at work, scrambling to catch up (deadline fast approaching). Had several rather last-minute fixes to do, at least one of which was backing out an earlier bug-fix which turned out to make things worse l-(. But things were about where I wanted them to be by the end of today.

Still not fully well - coughing quite a bit in particular. Tired.
