I routinely use unique addresses for website logins; there are a variety of advantages to this but among them is that when you receive something like this:

…you know who screwed up.

(Ordered a present for Naath, cleared the “send me your monthly marketing email” box, they send it anyway, several attempts to contact them have been ignored.)
