the first question is missing the option i would pick, which is "definitely!"

Yes, I realized after I'd posted it that there should have been a "regardless of cost" option. I suggest those who fall into this category go for the highest one available...

"Entirely up them" is perhaps an unfortunate typo :)

Are you quite certain you meant to be forcing your respondents to answer 'entirely up them'? ;-)

There didn't seem to be a "really don't care" option for the last question.

I think that fits "entirely up to them", doesn't it?

Would the procedure be painless?

I've no idea. Does it matter?

Well, if it hurt a lot (say it was as painful as having my wisdom teeth removed) then I wouldn't want the procedure. But if it was like flipping a switch, then I would.

Well, I might if it was free, risk-free and completely reversible. Which are the same circumstances in which I'd have a sex change.

A sex change for (effectively) touristic purposes would surely be a form of cosmetic surgery anyway, and it did occur to me that if we could do them cheaply, unriskily and reversibly the same would probably apply to all sorts of other interesting body modifications.

I've never understood why Ranma isn't more "heyyy, let's see how _this_ works".
